The Importance of Online Marketing
Thursday, 12 March
5:30-8:30 PM
Bradford Gallery, Yorkshire Craft Centre, Carlton Street, BD7 1AY
Do you know your Twitter from your Bebo? Or do you constantly have to update your Facebook status? For technophobes and technophiles alike, Chi-chi Ekweozor leads a talk on how you can use social media and free online resources to get your work seen, potentially by a global audience. There will also be a practical 'surgery' for artists to create their profiles on the Creative Bradford website.
Chi-chi Ekweozor is the founder of Real Fresh TV, a creative digital agency specialising in multi-platform content in October 2005, publishing the critically acclaimed '3 Minute Gig', Europe's first live music video podcast in early 2006. Her company now focuses on helping brands deliver multi-platform digital campaigns through partnerships with leading online content platforms including YouTube, Bebo and Brightcove. An early UK pioneer in online video, she also advises individuals on the opportunities available for promoting, distributing and marketing work online.
Places will be limited for this event, so please RSVP to Alissa at Fabric on a.juvan@bradfordcollege.ac.uk or 01274 438 966
